Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using Buildora (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on that company's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

2. The Service

Buildora provides project, financial, workforce, and client management tools organized around workspaces. Some features are available on a Free plan; others require an active paid subscription (Starter, Growth, or Business), billed through Paynow.

3. Accounts and workspaces

  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • A workspace's owner and administrators are responsible for the accuracy of data entered and for managing who has access.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Paynow.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade to Free, or cancel at any time from Billing inside the Service.
  • Downgrading or cancelling does not delete data already created; it may restrict access to plan-gated features (e.g. payroll, workforce management) going forward.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or the rights of others
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another workspace's data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into your workspace (projects, clients, financial records, documents, etc.). We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Account and company deletion

A workspace owner can delete their company entirely from Company > Danger Zone, which removes the workspace and its data but does not affect other members' own accounts or ability to log in. Any user can delete their own personal account from Settings > Security, subject to first resolving ownership of any workspace with other members.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add, or remove features over time, and will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buildora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account or company at any time as described above.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
